ORDER PROCESSING
• Orders are processed within 8-12 business 
  days after payment confirmation
• Customised orders may take 15-17 business 
  days to process
• Orders are not processed on Sundays 
  and public holidays
• You will receive a WhatsApp confirmation 
  once your order is dispatched

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
• Within Lahore 3-4 business days
• Other cities in Pakistan: 8-12 business days
• Remote areas: 8-12 business days
• International: varies by destination

SHIPPING CHARGES
• Shipping charges are calculated at 
  checkout based on your location and weight 
• Free shipping promotions will be 
  announced on our social media

PAYMENT & DISPATCH
• Orders are dispatched after full 
  payment confirmation
• Bank transfer orders are dispatched 
  after receipt is verified
• COD orders available up to Rs 1,500
• Our team will confirm COD orders 
  via WhatsApp before dispatch

COURIER RESPONSIBILITY
• Once your order is handed to the 
  courier, Just Serene is not responsible 
  for delays or damages caused in transit
• We are not liable for delays caused 
  by courier companies

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
• A tracking number will be shared on 
  WhatsApp once dispatched
• You can track your order directly 
  on the courier's website

• International orders available via 
  bank transfer, Moneygram, or
