At Just Serene, every order is crafted with 
care and attention to detail. Please read our 
policy carefully before placing your order.

CUSTOMISED & PERSONALISED ORDERS
All customised and personalised orders are 
final sale. We do not accept returns, 
exchanges, or issue refunds on any 
customised items under any circumstances.

CLAIMS & DAMAGED ITEMS
We take great care in packaging every order. 
However, once your order is handed to the 
courier, it is outside our control.

• Just Serene is not responsible for any 
  damage caused during transit or delivery
• Courier-related damages are not 
  accommodated or refunded by us

ELIGIBLE CLAIMS
Claims are only accepted in the following 
cases:
• Wrong item received
• Item missing from order

CONDITIONS FOR CLAIMS
• All claims must be raised within 3 days 
  of delivery — no exceptions
• Claims raised after 3 days will not 
  be entertained
• To raise a claim, WhatsApp us at 
  +92315 4587057 with:
  - Your order number
  - Clear photos/video of the item
  - Photo of the packaging received

REFUND PROCESS
• Approved claims will be resolved via 
  store credit or replacement only
• Cash refunds are not issued
• Refunds are not provided for change 
  of mind
